Paul Young Catering

Paul Young has lived in Broadway and the local area with his family since 1995. He is currently a Senior Chef at the
Lord Poulett Arms in Hinton St George and before that Head Chef at Hornsbury Mill, Chard.

Paul also runs a small independent service providing high quality catering for all occasions, covering the whole of south Somerset and has been awarded a 5 star rating under the new food hygiene rating system from South Somerset District Council.

Paul has 20 years experience in catering, creating dishes of high quality and using using locally sourced and seasonal produce whenever possible.

Paul will tailor all menus to meet your specific requirements and will cater for a wide range of events from informal parties to weddings, ensuring an efficient "start to finish" service by planning, preparing, delivering and serving fine food to make sure that your special event is a memorable one in every way.
