There is a general view amongst villagers that the quality of broadband services into homes in the village has been steadily declining over the last few years and in some cases Download speeds are little better than the old Dial-Up service!.

We have become aware of countless complaints from villagers both in Horton & Broadway regarding the quality of Broadband services delivered to their homes across a broad spectrum of suppliers.
We would welcome feedback on your own experiences so that we may consider a more concentrated approach to BT (who supply all the infrastructure and cabling) irrespective of which broadband supplier you may be with.
