Better Balance & Posture is local business which is why we are so different from the many other online exercise platforms.
Please join us for a regular online workout that will promote better balance & posture incorporating all the Pilates principles and foundations thus developing a healthy posture, greater strength, mobility, balance & coordination skills.
It is our intention to produce a functional and effective workout as we deepen the work within small movements. The movements will be performed slowly and with control focusing on quality rather than mindless repetitions.
You should feel lengthened, strengthened and stretched as you go about your daily business with a healthy posture and movement pattern which will become more and more natural to you the more you practice the exercises.

Most of the exercises are performed standing with some sitting using a chair so the videos are super easy to follow. Once you become familiar with the movements you will then be able to deepen the work within each exercise incorporating all the Pilates principles & foundations.
You will not be overwhelmed by loads of choices as only one video will be uploaded each week on a Tuesday and you will have the whole week to practice before the next video is uploaded.

Annabel successfully achieved her Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork in 2009 before going onto complete a fully comprehensive training program on both the mat and apparatus in the classical Pilates method whilst living in London which comprised of a 600-hour Full Comprehensive Classical Training Programme.
Annabel has also successfully completed her training in Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions and continues to deepen her understanding of the Pilates method.
