Abbotsford House has 2 spacious twin/double bedrooms with ensuite facilities (a bath or shower) and both have tea and coffee making trays.

There are digital flat-screen TV's in each room with Freeview and a DVD Player built in. The rooms have dual aspect views over the adjoining fields and the River Ding. Free Wifi access in both rooms.

Broadway is situated at the foot of the Blackdown Hills, designated, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

There are Otters in the River Ding that flows alongside the house and a family of Kingfishers who regularly hunt the small fish along its banks.

We are situated close to the Devon & Dorset borders and only 17 miles from the lovely World Heritage and Jurassic beaches and towns of Lyme Regis, Seaton, Charmouth & many more.
 
But why head out of Somerset? There is so much to do close by! Local attractions include Forde Abbey and Gardens, Barrington Court, Montacute House & Perry's Cider Mill.

We have a really good selection of local pubs, brasseries and cafes especially The Monks Yard and The Five Dials Inn.
